Job Description

We are looking for a Research Assistant to support our agricultural R&D team in developing new organic farming techniques, conducting experiments, and documenting research findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in agricultural research experiments
• Maintain research records and documentation
• Collect and analyze soil and crop samples
• Support field trials for new organic methods
• Prepare research reports and presentations
• Maintain laboratory equipment
• Coordinate with farm teams for implementation
• Document traditional farming practices
• Assist in preparing research papers

Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture/Botany/Horticulture
• Freshers with strong academic record
• Interest in organic farming research
• Good documentation and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Willingness to work in field and lab
• Attention to detail and accuracy
