Join our FMCG division as a Marketing Executive to promote our organic products and expand market reach. You will develop marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and build brand awareness for our organic cookies, snacks, and food products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for organic products
• Manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Coordinate with sales team for product promotions
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and farmers markets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Build relationships with distributors and retailers
• Prepare marketing reports and performance analytics
• Create marketing collaterals and product presentations
• Manage digital advertising campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration
• Fresher or 1-2 years experience in FMCG marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
• Willingness to travel for market visits
